We recommend making a reservation in advance to avoid disappointment. Walk-ins are welcome and accepted subject to availability.

There is no minimum spend for bar or restaurant bookings. Bookings are confirmed with a credit card only.

We allow a grace period of up to 15 minutes. After this time, your table may be released.

We kindly ask guests to cancel or amend their booking at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge of £25 per person. Large bookings with deposits that are cancelled late (within 24 hours) will forfeit their deposit.

A discretionary service charge of 15% will be added to your bill. Please ask your server for details.

Yes, we offer dishes suitable for vegetarian, gluten-free, nut-free, and shellfish-free diets; however, we do not have separate menus for these dietary requirements. Your waiter can assist you best on the day of your booking.

We will always try to accommodate your seating preference; however, we cannot guarantee outdoor tables as they are subject to availability and weather conditions.

Our terrace is enclosed and heated to ensure a comfortable dining experience. We will always try to accommodate indoor seating where possible, subject to availability. We recommend dressing appropriately for terrace dining, particularly in colder months.

Yes, you may bring your own cake. Please note that there is a cake charge of £6 per person.

Yes, children and families are welcome at CÉ LA VI until 8pm. After this time, the venue is strictly 18+. Please bring ID to avoid disappointment.

Children are welcome to dine before 8pm. After 8pm, the venue is strictly 18+.

No sportswear, beachwear, baseball caps, shorts, or flip-flops are permitted in the evening.

Lunch (Monday to Friday bookings): 12:00–14:30 (kitchen closes at 15:00)

Dinner (Mon–Wed bookings): 17:00–23:00 (kitchen closes at 23:20)

Saturday Brunch: 12:00–15:30 (kitchen closes at 16:00)

Saturday Dinner: 17:00–23:00 (kitchen closes at 23:20)

Sunday all-day dining: 12:00–22:00 (kitchen closes at 22:30)

Registered service animals are permitted at all times. Pets are permitted on the bar terrace only between 12pm and 6pm.

Miscellaneous

Yes, photos are permitted for personal use only. Photography is prohibited in our bathrooms.

Please be mindful of those around you who may not wish to be photographed.

Tripods and large professional lighting equipment are not permitted due to safety concerns.

No, we do not have on-site parking. The nearest public car park is at the Hilton Metropole Hotel (approximately 11 minutes’ walk away).

We do not allow decorations in our main restaurant, bar, or terrace. Decorations are permitted in privately hired spaces. Helium balloons are not permitted anywhere in the venue.

Yes. Prohibited items include (but are not limited to) sharp objects, outside food or drink, backpacks and large bags (which can be stored in the cloakroom), illegal items (including illicit substances and weapons), and any large items that may pose a safety risk.

Government-issued IDs, passports, or official driver’s licences are accepted. Photographs or photocopies are not accepted.

We do not have a kids’ menu.

Yes, we can accommodate wheelchair users via our outdoor lifts.
