Named after one of the Galápagos Islands, Baltra Bar is no stranger to adventure. Inspired by Charles Darwin's legendary explorations, the bar pairs warm hospitality with elegant, playful mixology to create beautifully balanced cocktails that capture the spirit of discovery.
